The7Cs digital services are provided by Seven Shades Learning Space Pvt. Ltd. References to “The7Cs”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean this business.
2. Educational purpose
The 30-Day Toddler Tantrum Reset provides general parent education for everyday toddler behaviour. It is not medical, psychological, developmental, diagnostic or emergency advice, and it does not replace support from a qualified professional. If there is a risk of harm or a concern about your child’s health, safety or development, seek appropriate professional help.
3. Purchase and access
- The course price is shown in Indian Rupees before payment. The current listed price is ₹499.
- Access is provided to the purchaser’s registered parent account after successful payment verification.
- Your account and course access are personal and may not be sold, shared, transferred or used to distribute the content.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and protecting your login credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the course for your own family’s personal learning. You may not copy, record, republish, resell, distribute, scrape, adapt or commercially exploit the course, its scripts, design or other materials without written permission.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Cashfree and its supported payment partners. Your purchase is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful payment. We do not ask you to share OTPs, card PINs or banking passwords.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, hosting, network or payment-provider reasons. We may make reasonable improvements to the course or platform while preserving the core purchased program.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All course content, text, scripts, graphics, branding, interfaces and materials are owned by or licensed to Seven Shades Learning Space Pvt. Ltd. Purchasing access gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the course.
9. Limitation
Every child and family is different. We do not guarantee that tantrums will stop or that a particular result will occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the educational content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
