- Purchase information, including order identifiers, payment status, amount and transaction reference.
- Course information, such as completed days, saved responses and progress.
- Technical and security information, such as device, browser, IP address, login events and service logs.
- Messages you send to customer support.
3. Payment information
Cashfree and its payment partners process payment credentials. The7Cs receives transaction and payment-status information needed to confirm your purchase, but we do not store your full card number, card PIN, banking password or UPI PIN.
4. How we use information
- To process and verify purchases and provide course access.
- To authenticate your account and save your learning progress across devices and sessions.
- To provide support, prevent misuse and protect the service.
- To send essential account, payment or course communications.
- To improve the reliability and usefulness of our programs.

5. Service providers
We use service providers such as Cashfree for payments and Netlify for hosting, identity, server functions and related infrastructure. They process information according to their agreements and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for course access, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
7. Children’s privacy
The course is purchased and used by parents or other adults. We do not intentionally ask children to create accounts or submit personal information. Parents should avoid entering a child’s full name or sensitive information in course responses.
8. Your choices
